Microsoft is increasing its prices for Dynamics 365 licences to bring them more in line with similar applications. This is the first price increase that Microsoft have announced in over 5 years, and comes ahead of another, smaller price increase that’s coming in Autumn of 2025.
As of time of writing, Microsoft have only confirmed the USD price increase, and have indicated that this may be different for different territories, countries and currencies. When Microsoft confirms the price increase of the UK in GBP, we’ll update this page to give you the most up-to-date information. With that said, take a look at the table below to see how much each D365 licence is increasing by in USD.
The new prices come into effect on October 1st, 2024.

So what does this mean for you?
If your licenses are currently on an annual commitment, then the pricing increase will not impact you until your next anniversary. However, for all monthly commitments, the increase will apply from the next monthly renewal, after the new pricing is applied in October.
