Summer has come and gone, and that familiar winter chill is creeping in – which means that Q3 is upon us, and it’s time for yet another edition of Evorio’s Quarterly Newsletter.
Presenting, without further ado, The Scoop: Autumn 2024 Edition!

Copilot, Copilot, Copilot… what else is there to talk about?
Lots, it turns out! As my first dive into compiling a newsletter begins, choosing what topics to summarise into a digestible format becomes pretty challenging. As a marketing specialist, it’s important to keep my finger on the pulse of the latest news and trends in CRM and IT, and with so many developments being announced daily, my job becomes less about reporting everything, and more about figuring out what’s important to our customers.
Whether that’s email tracking to Dynamics 365, letting you know that we’ve got another support agent on hand to handle your queries, or (say it with me) Copilot – we always strive hard to ensure we understand your needs and remain your trusted advisors.
But hey, it’s been a big few months – from hosting a webinar alongside Microsoft themselves, to flinging razor-sharp axes in the pouring rain and (just about) getting them to land on target, my time at Evorio is never uneventful.
So here’s to another exciting quarter, to helping all of our brilliant customers, to Halloween, and to Christmas!

Partnering With Microsoft
Over the last few months, we partnered with Microsoft’s Tech for Social Impact team to bring all sorts of tech knowledge to charities and non-profits – from Microsoft’s new AI suite during a shared webinar (that you can rewatch free!), and now onto an in-person roundtable event discussing the merits of best data practice!
Working closer with Microsoft helps us provide you with better services, so here’s to a long-lasting partnership!

Review Us
We’re still encouraging people to leave us a review on Google, whether you’re singing our praises or letting us know how we can better help you – please consider clicking the button below and sharing your thoughts with us!
“Always so easy when dealing with Evorio! Super quick to respond, focused on being easy to do business with and talk to me in language that I will understand, without being patronising.”

Email Tracking: Part 2
A while back, we gave you the rundown on how to track emails from Outlook into Dynamics 365 – and now we’re back with some more info on the different rules you can implement. Email tracking is a brilliant tool, but it needs to be secure and in line with your business’s policies.
Take a look at the updated blog at the link below to see all the different ways you can secure your email tracking processes.
Copilot’s Back For Round 2!

Earlier this year, Microsoft released their newest efficiency tool – the AI-powered assistant called Copilot!
Well now Microsoft has dropped Copilot’s wave 2, a feature drop full of the biggest and most interesting uses that AI has had so far.
From writing code in your Excel spreadsheets to designing a full narrative for your slide decks to creating mini versions of itself to take care of frequent, tedious tasks – Copilot just got a whole lot more interesting. Find out more by reading our trending blog!
We’re always on the lookout for fresh talent, and this summer, we brought on our newest member of the IT team – Ben Hutchison!
Ben’s already settled in brilliantly and we can’t remember a time before him. He is already building a fantastic rapport with our customers, many of whom already know his familiar voice over the phone. Bolstered by the training he’s being given from his apprenticeship, we couldn’t be prouder of how his first few months have turned out!
We hope you’ll all extend a warm welcome to Ben if you interact with him – wishing you a fantastic career in IT, Ben!

Evorio Goes Ape!

Our team works incredibly hard in an industry that doesn’t sleep… So what better way to relax than tossing some razor-sharp axes through the air (at targets, not each other, we promise!)?
A few weeks ago, the Evorio team took to the forests of Bracknell to conquer the treetops of Swinley forest, and fall face-first at the bottom of the ziplines. And although the weather didn’t play ball, the picnic and good company meant the day still ended on a high!
Just remember next time Will answers your support call – he’s pretty handy with a hatchet!
